How can I find an item that I want?
Please type in a short description or the item number in the Search field and press Search.

How can I add multiple items to my cart?
Please click on the Red Button Text that says "Update" (Just to the right of the number) after typing in the quantity needed. This will recalculate the quantity and shopping cart.

Why am I getting an error for my Address on my order?
Please make sure your Address Label/Name is different from the Billing and Shipping. If the Billing Address Label says Work, make the Shipping Address Label as Work1.

Do you ship to APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes! We do but when completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.
  • The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO"
  • The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP" [AE for Armed Forces Europe, AA for Armed Forces Americas, or AP for Armed Forces Pacific].
  • You must enter your Zip code.

What is your fax number?
Orders can be faxed to us at (708) 206-1575 or they can be emailed to us at: orders@fibersolutionsinc.com.


Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Homewood, IL.


When will my order ship?
Orders ship Monday-Friday within 24 hours of your payment being processed. If you place an order on Friday evening, your card will be charged and the order will ship by the following Tuesday.


Do you ship outside of the US?
Merchandise ordered from our websites can be shipped worldwide but additional shipping and handling charges apply for orders shipped outside of the United States.


What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via UPS Ground primarily, however, we do use other carriers such as FEDEX. If you have your own business account, please call us with that number and we would be glad to process your order with your shipping account information.  For expedited orders, we offer NEXT Day and 2nd Day options.


How much will it cost?
Shipping charges are based on the dollar value of your order and the shipping option that you select.


How do I make a return?

Please call us at (800) 743-4237 for return instructions. A stocking fee will apply.


What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges are handled by returning the original merchandise and replacing it with a new order.


What if the item(s) arrive damaged?
Fiber Solutions Inc. shipments are insured and any damages or defective merchandise will be replaced with no additional shipping charges to your account.


How can I check the status of my order?

Log into My Account and go to ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING. You will need to have your order number available to check the status. Note: An automatic email is sent 1.) To confirm receipt of your order 2.) to confirm shipment of your order.


How do I get the tracking number once my order is shipped?
You will receive an Email stating your order number, contents of the shipment and the tracking number upon completion of processing and shipment. At this point, you will be able to easily check the status of your order with the appropriate shipper.


Is sales tax added to my order?

Any order that is shipping/billing to the states of Illinois or Pennsylvania will automatically have Sales Tax added to the total charge on your Credit Card. Other than those two states, Sales Tax is not added to any online order.


What forms of payment do you accept?
MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Paypal.


How do I know that my information will be kept secure and confidential?
Fiber Solutions Inc. has a SSL (secure socket layer) which authenticates the identity of a website and then encrypts and transmits your information through a secure channel. When making purchases on our site you will notice a lock in the address bar of your browser this indicates that a secure channel has been established and 128 bit encryption will take place on your information.


Will you share my e-mail address?
Fiber Solutions Inc. is committed to respecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. We will only use the personal information that is provided to us for the process of your request. When you provide us your email address, we will send you emails related to processing your order or to respond to a request. For example, after you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation and, in most cases, an email with package tracking information. We will not share your personal information including email address with any other companies.


Do you keep my credit card information on file?
If you choose to save your credit card information within your profile for further purchases, it is stored in only one location with 128 bit encryption, so you can rest assured that your information is safe.
